Vision
The vision of the Clergy Ministry is to become an intergenerational, biblically knowledgeable, spiritually energized body of clergy believers.
Mission
To enhance the unified operating objectives of the Baptist General Convention through active clergy participation.
Goals
1. Coordinate missions and services of member churches thereby enabling them to carry out the Great Commission.
2. Religiously educate and train members of the clergy at all levels thereby equipping them for the perfecting of the saints and the work of the gospel.
3. Support clergy ministries of local associations throughout the Baptist General Convention of Virginia.
